The building is restored under the project Restoration of the historical and cultural heritage of Salaj County Council, along with two other heritage buildings: the Zalau History Museum and the "Ioan Sima" Art Galleries.

Increasing energy efficiency of buildings will be financed by non-reimbursable European funds. Today, 24 May 2012, in Arad, the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Programme approved the modification of the programme, so it could finance investments in energy efficiency of housing blocks at the level of the Romanian cities, which are part of the ROP Priority Axis 1, by introducing a new key area of intervention: Supporting investments in energy efficiency of dwellings.

The overall objective of the project Modernisation and expansion of the public transport system in the metropolitan area of Cluj - phase 1, in a total amount of 39,967,064.92 lei, of which 27,567,165.65 lei represent non-reimbursable financing, is to rehabilitate the public transport infrastructure and to improve public transport services in the municipality of Cluj-Napoca. The project consists of modernising 1,130 sqm of public spaces and 87 public transport stations and an automated system for issuing travel tickets. The project implementation period is 20 months.
